The company was registered under the Companies Act 1925, and the registration certification No. 26693 from the (Ministry of Justice) since on 31 th Dec. 2005 as trading and commerce private company. Also we have Stevedoring and Ship Agency license No. 1181 from Port Sudan Sea Ports Corporation since June 2006 .
